Livestream Checklist

1. Scheduling Event on Resi

  • Create event/Confirm on Resi calendar
  • Check encoder is online and receiving video signal

2. Stage Cameras

  • Camera 1: 70-200mm Lens | Booth
  • Camera 2: 24-70mm Lens | Back of room by Double dooors
  • Camera 3: Keyboard shot | Stage right by subwoofer
What makes a complete camera kit?

Camera, Tripod, Fully charged V-Mount battery, HDMI to SDI Converter with USBC and HDMI cable (short)

3. Check all camera feeds

  • Power the HDMI to SDI converter with provided USB-C cable
  • Connect converter to camera with provided HDMI cable
  • With converter connected you should receive video feed on the video switcher

  • 24 FPS | 2.8 IRIS | 360 Shutter | 250 ISO | 5600K WB

4. Video Switcher Setup

Online Sound
  • Ensure you are getting audio signal from the soundboard
  • Unmute "Online" on the sound board
  • Set Mic 1 to "ON" on the switcher.
  • Your Sound levels indicators should be live and not grayed out.
Video Switching
  • Green is Preview
  • Red is Live/Program

5. Preservice Steps

  • Have slides playing on ProPresenter ahead of going live
  • Play 5 min countdown
